headache worsening over last week

headache gradual onset

tightness around head - tight band around head. originally 4, now 7/10. not on waking, comes on during day, eases off in afternoon. not too bad when going to bed.

no known cause/precipitating event

sometimes nausea no V

no dizziness

no photophobia, no phonophobia

takes panadol and neurofen, eases pain a bit.

PMHx

• had migraines as teen but hasnt had headache for 4 years
• has had 6 weeks of massages due to head and neck tension
• HTN diagnosed last year
• asthma

Meds

• skin dryness med
• ramipil → philodipine 3 weeks ago. not sure of current BP
