Special populations

• elderly
• paeds

ATS

• Category 1 (NOW): dying
• Category 2 (10mins): abnormal vitals, might die
• Category 3 (30mins): abnormal vitals, probs wont die but time critical or severe pain
• Category 4 (60mins): normal vitals, still needs to be seen
• Category 5 (120mins): normal vitals, admin
