• Generalised symptoms e.g. fever, myalgia, arthralgia
• constitutional symptoms
• Exacerbating factors e.g. worse after being in the sun
• Symmetry of the lesions

PHx skin disease: anything like this before? rashes, allergies, psoriasis, dermatitis. skin cancers

PMHx: diabetes, cytotoxic treatments, asthma, hayfever

SHX: hobbies, pets, travel, alcohol use
