Clinical

• Enlarged, tender / painful.
• mobile (not fixed)
• Inflammation in the area.

Microscopy:

• Hyperplasia of follicles.
• Sinus histiocytosis.
• Granuloma in TB.
• Abscess in bacterial / cat-scratch disease.
