Indications

• Chest pain lasts more than 30min but less than 12hrs
• ECG changes
• Hx of MI

Contraindication

• Patient in hypercoaguable state
• Stenosis is <50%

• Hematoma at puncture site
• Coronary artery reclusion
• Arrhythmia
• MI
• Stroke
