Pathogenesis (common B cell neoplasms)
- Overexpression of anti-apoptotic oncogene
- Loss of growth control (BCL2) → Neoplasm
- abnormality at different stages of development results in differing lymphoma/leukemia. Commonest is germinal centre B Cell (capable of producing ABs)
