Oncogenesis: Mutations - uncontrolled increased division, decreased differentiation.

Clinical Features

• Decreased Hemopoiesis
  • Anemia (low RBC)
  • Fever - Infections (low WBC)
  • Bleeding tendency (low PLT)
• Organ Infiltration
  • Bone pain / back pain / fractures.
  • Hepato-Splenomegaly.
  • Lymphadenopathy.
