Commonest vessel is left interventricular affecting anterior wall/septum

2nd is RCA affecting posterior

last is LCx

• 90% due to decreased coronary blood flow (CAD)
• 10% other

stress → LVH

excess LVH decreases blood supply → ischemia

initially reversible

prolonged = cell death
