 H. influenzae B, children, not common, vaccine. (strep)  Fever, dysphagia, drooling, hoarseness, stridor.  Complete obstruction → urgent endotracheal intubation.

Demographics: Typical of 6-12yo, Rare in vaccinated kids. Stable in adults.
