4. Gradual onset, constant, worse on head movement, spontaneous nystagmus → acute vestibular syndrome (HINTS)
   1. +ve head impulse = vestibular neuritis

what kind of dizziness?

Time frame? Episodic, continuous, spontaneous, triggered

• Vertigo: false perception of motion
• Presyncope: about to faint/lightheaded
• disequilibrium: feeling unsteady- gait and imbalance

• seizure (partial epilepsy)
• hypoglycemia
• hyperventilation
• vertebro-basilar insufficiency due to atherosclerosis/OA
