disease specific symtpomse: nightsweats, weight loss, fever, lymphadenopathy, bone pain, paraesthesia (B12 def. ), organomegaly

transfusion Hx: donations, Hx previous transfusions

drugs: NSAIDs, cytotoxics/radiotherapy, anything else (OTC and illicit)

OMhx: autoimmune, surgery, blood transfusion, bleeding
