Indications
- Calcified (porcelain) gallbladder
- Gallbladder polyp >10mm or increasing in size
- Biliary colic (elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy)
- Acute cholecystitis
- Gallstone pancreatitis
- Cholecystoduodenal fistula (leading to gallstone ileus)
- Gallbladder cancer
