Modality of choice: MRI with gadolinium enhancement

Meningioma

CT: extra-axial hyperdense lobulated mass at the left parieto-temporal region, with surrounding brain parenchymal oedema. Few cystic changes are seen. No calcifications seen. No overlying bone changes.
